XANA active une tour et prend le contrôle de l'usine et de toutes les machines. Jérémie et Odd veulent aller au Supercalculateur mais l'ascenseur ne démarre pas. Ils vont donc dans la salle des machines et sont pris au piège par celles-ci. Pendant que Yumi et Ulrich arrivent dans le monte-charge, Sissi, qui les a suivis, arrive et leur demande ce qu'ils font là. Le monte-charge, piégé par XANA, s'écrase au fond du puits.
